Abstract：In order to meet the needs of deep ocean development and ocean protection for ocean big data analysis and forecasting technology,this article analyzes the problems faced by ocean big data analysis and forecasting,including low-quality issues,fragmentation issues,and concealment issues.By combining problem research and development of ocean big data mining and prediction technology,surface ocean dynamic environment element big data analysis technology,and ocean dynamic environment element three-dimensional structure big data analysis technology,ocean big data technology can be better developed,providing strong support for the construction of a maritime power and ecological civilization.
