Abstract：This article gives a general explanation of Digital Radiosonde GTS1-2’s standard reference determination process, the standard reference data and their altering , hoping to make the staff clearly aware of each phenomenon, each step and each data, and make them have ability to find and correct the errors caused in the standard reference determination process on time.
