摘要 针对目前省级通信中心个人访问互联网的同时禁止通信业务网段访问互联网的需求，采用业界优秀的Squid软件为核心组件，构建基于SUSE Linux 操作系统的代理服务器，将通信业务子网与公用子网分开，满足了公用网段访问Internet的需求，保护了业务网段的数据安全，节省了大量的真实 IP地址，节约了政府财政支出。优化的软件配置和强大的日志记录功能，很好的解决了对突发网络故障的跟踪和处理。
Abstract：Aiming at the problems of provincial communications center personal access to the Internet and prohibits communications services segment access to the Internet together. Use the excellent Squid software of industry as the core components, built the proxy server on SUSE Linux operating system, the communication services segment and the public subnet are separated, meet to the public segment demand for access to the Internet, protect data security of business segment, save a lot of real IP address, saving the government expenditure. Tracking and processing of unexpected network failure are resolved well by optimal software configuration and powerful logging functions.
