Abstract：By using the Fengman Reservoir 1959-2005 water level material and basin precipitation data, this paper discusses the relationship between changes of the reservoir water level and the basin precipitation. Method is to use statistical methods to find time-space correlation factor, build the mathematical model, and make the equations do contrast test. The conclusion is that the model is suitable for flood runoff water level forecast. Investigating Independent space distribution site and comprehensive site investigation factor time distribution factor precipitation equation model, runoff water level prediction success rate rise.
