Abstract：The paper describes the main characteristic of the AIRSEA SystemⅡ and the downfall of the AIRSEA SystemⅡ sense organ which happened on the abominable sea. Through the example of faults, the reason are summarized which include the external sea and the structure of the ocean gravity instrument. The analysis thought and solutions for the downfall of the AIRSEA SystemⅡ sense organ have important meaning on the marine gravimetry.
