Abstract：In order to understand the measuring characteristics of capacitive humidity sensor,such as measuring accuracy, hysteresis and temperature coefficient.The capacitive humidity sensor is used in meteorological observation.In this paper three Models humidity sensor was tested under the different temperature conditions，The error of measurement value and hysteresis was computed.The result of test and analyse indicated there has difference for different sensors,and is available for the choice and use of Capacitive humidity sensor.
