Abstract：When the ship is sailing on heavy sea,the captain needs to evaluate the risk degree of all areas and institute the most appropriate scheme.According to this situation,this paper at first buildsthe risk degree assessment of the ship on heavy sea,deals with every target numerically and works out the proportions of the factor that affect ship security,and then find the grey relational coefficient.Finally,the grey relational grade is worked out.The risk degree of all areas are sequenced,which provides the basis for the captain to take corresponding measures.
