摘要频率测量广泛应用于各种领域。一种基于C8051F020片上系统的多倍周期频率测量法可以实现低成本、高精度频率测量，文章介绍了这种测量方法的硬件电路和程序软件及其具体的测量方法。

Abstract：Frequency measurements are widely used in various fields.And a frequency measurement of C8051F020 chip based on the multi-period method can realize the measurement with low cost and high precision.This paper introduces its hardware circuit,program software as well as measuring methods in detail.
