摘要 使用美国HOBO Water Temp Pro v2 水下温度采集器探头,设计一种简易、实用、精准、高效的水下五层(10、30、50、100、150cm)单立柱水层温度采集仪,给出了设计图纸,并介绍了制作方法。利用水层温度采集仪10 min采集间隔的水下5层温度资料,结合地面1.5m百叶箱10min采集间隔的空气温度观测等资料进行了应用分析并给出了其分析结果。
Abstract:A water temperature acquisition instrument of the single column type that be simple, practical, accurate and efficient was designed to observe water temperature at 5 layers below water level (10cm, 30cm, 50cm,100cm,150cm) by using the probe of American HOBO Water Temp Pro v2 subaqueous temperature collector, The design drawings were provided and some production methods were introduced. Using water layers temperature collector to collect data of temperature at 5 layers in underwater per 10 minutes, and by combining the data of air temperature from 1.5m thermometer screen on ground per 10 minutes to study and analyze the correlations, It can be concluded that: ①Along with global climate changes in the environment, the temperature has larger change, and trend to extremalization, namely there are obvious big gap between maximum temperature and minimum temperature at weather station in crab breeding base - Pengze county. ②The water layers temperature acquisition instrument of the single column type has characteristics of simple design, stable work, strong wind resistance, high resolution ratio of data(there is 0.02℃ when 25℃), sampling time interval can be arbitrarily set, and meet the needs of the multilayer temperature monitoring in underwater. ③Water layers temperature has obvious diurnal variation(before dawn down to the lowest, afternoon up to the highest), daily curve of temperature show that temperature rise appear oscillation state when temperature increases, temperature drop appear vertical state when temperature decreases. ④Lake water depth had better be controlled at 2m around for aquaculture, uneven water-bottom, with high or low terrain, zanjon and shoal exist in underwater, all can effectively improve capacity of action of crabs and can weaken the thermocline be created. ⑤The maximum value of temperature curves at 5 layers in underwater is lower than the value of maximum temperature on ground curve, but the minimum value of temperature curves at 5 layers in underwater is slightly higher than the value of minimum temperature on ground curve, and water layers temperature curve compare with the maximum temperature curve , there will be hysteresis of 1~2 days exist.
