Abstract：According to the computer application status and actual business needs of CINRAD/SA radar station, some basic principles of formulating emergency plan for computer failures are discussed.And the specific steps are taken to establish a comprehensive emergency treatment plan of computer failures.Based on the actual situation of Zhanjiang radar station, the types of computer failures are summarized and its corresponding emergency handling mechanism is summed up.Then, the effectiveness and universality of the mechanism are examined through the case study.
