Abstract：By using VB code development controls,FORTRAN encrypted data format conversion,GrADS map precipitation service information and Dreamweaver to write HTML file making the Web service interface,this paper comprehensively develops a township encryption station of rainfall information Web services system.Sharing the unified rainfall regime figures of the cities and counties make outgoing precipitation service in a state of unification,simplicity,accuracy and standardization,which could do a better job on rainfall information service support.
