Analysis and test on cloud products of FY-2G satellite in Ningxia

Abstract:Utilizing surface observed total cloud amount data from March 2016 to February 2017 in Ningxia and FY-2G cloud amount products,this paper statistically analyses the monthly distribution,daily average value,deviation distribution and consistency of FY-2G total cloud amount and cloud fraction rate products.According to analyze the results,the reasons that caused the errors are discussed in detail,which could provide the basis for applying and researching on FY-2G cloud amount products.
