Abstract：Based on Heartbeat that a free open source software for realizing dual hot standby on Linux operating system,this paper introduces the technology and working principle of dual hot standby on servers,analyses the operation business of communication machine in civil aviation meteorological database system,and discusses dual hot standby of civil aviation meteorological database system communication machine based on Heartbeat,which solves the security risks of the operation of single communication machine.
