Abstract:This paper introduces an air negative ion observation instrument based on capacitive inhalation method to measure the concentration of air negative ion from the aspects of measurement principle and structural design.Its performance is evaluated through laboratory and field observation tests.Laboratory tests include consistency evaluation tests of normal humidity and high humidity.Field tests are conducted on the roof platform of Building 1 of Beijing Changping Meteorological Science and Technology Park and Liaoning Binglashan Meteorological Observatory,including high humidity passing conditions,stability and reliability tests.The test results show that the air negative ion observation instrument based on capacitive inhalation method can continuously and automatically acquire air negative ion data,and the equipment can operate normally under high humidity environment,with good consistency,reliability and stability.
