Abstract:Lightning disaster is one of the most common natural disasters.Predicting quasi-lightning activities indirectly achieves the purpose of predicting thunderstorms, strong winds, hail and other severe convective weather.Based on the lightning data, weather situation data and radar echo data from 2016 to 2018 in Yingtan city, statistical analysis and morphological comparison methods are adopted to study in this paper. The results show that the lightning days in Yingtan increase year by year in three years.Among the four echo moving paths, the northeast type has the largest number. There are mainly four radar echo moving paths in Yingtan city during lightning weather, which are northeast type, southeast type, northwest type and the southwest type. These obvious characteristics provide the basis for forecasting lightning weather.
