Abstract：In order to solve the problems in the meteorological disasters warning signal service,this paper researches,designs and develops the integrated management system for Fujian province of meteorological disaster warning signals by using WEBGIS,database and other technologies as well as combined with B/S and C/S architecture.Since the completion of the system,the production and distribution of warning signals has been made faster and easier.And retrieval statistics are more convenient and intuitive.After the disaster warning signal is scored,it provides an objective basis for measuring the forecaster's disaster warning level of severe weather,which could meet the needs of the meteorological disaster warning related businesses of the provincial,city and county meteorological departments.
