Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the data transmission process of the encrypted automatic weather observation station in Anhui province,this paper reconstructs the data transmission environment of encrypted automatic weather observation station in the whole province,which includes the application of 4G and IOT cards,the unification of data format,the optimization of data transmission,message forwarding process and the realization of dual-channel communication hot standby mechanism.By 2019,the provincial encrypted meteorological observation stations have been operating stably for half a year in the new data transmission environment.Compared with the renovation before,the average delay of data message collection of the encrypted meteorological station was reduced from 40 seconds to 10 seconds,and the average delay time of generating and uploading files in the unified format of the national administration was reduced from 120 seconds to 20 seconds.The reconstruction of the data transmission environment has significantly improved the data transmission efficiency of the encrypted weather station.
