Design and realization of meteorological early warning and forecast system for geological disaster

Abstract:Based on the B/S network architecture,this paper constructs the meteorological early warning and forecasting system of geological disasters in Zhangzhou.This system uses geographic information system (GIS),Web Service standard,XML data format and other related technologies to realize the internal and external exchange of meteorological information and data display.Through the classification of the geological disaster factor coefficient index,the geological disaster sensitivity risk zoning is dynamically configured,and the automatic monitoring and early warning function of geological disaster is realized.The smooth operation of the system has improved the disaster warning and forecasting ability of Zhangzhou City.
