Design of urban waterlogging social observation platform based on WeChat Mini Program |

Abstract Aiming at the problems such as high cost,difficult coverage and weak service of traditional urban waterlogging monitoring,a social observation platform for urban waterlogging based on WeChat mini program was designed,and the technical characteristics and advantages of waterlogging image recognition based on WeChat Mini Program were briefly described.The mini program "Road Waterlogging" was developed,and the front-end function and back-end data processing process of the mini program were introduced.To realize real-time sharing and interaction of public travel weather information services,and provide dynamic information services such as waterlogging situation,waterlogging risk prediction,disaster weather warning and other information services within 2 hours,user location and 5 km of urban waterlogging.At present,the WeChat Mini Program has been on line and successfully demonstrated in Nanchang city,with good results.
