Abstract The characteristic of wind direction faults in photoelectric Gray code wind direction sensors is often an abnormal value.In addition,there are many signal lines in the wind direction sensor,making fault diagnosis difficult and time-consuming.The "fuzzy correct method" and "voltage measurement method" proposed in the article are simple and effective,and can quickly diagnose high and low Gray code fault points respectively,especially suitable for station level on-site maintenance.
