Abstract The article uses X-band dual polarization radar and cloud ground flash ground observation data from 2023 to 2024 to analyze the cloud ground flash,combined reflectivity factor,echo top,vertical cumulative liquid water content,and elevation angle of the strongest echo during all thunderstorm processes in Songpan County.The results show that the combination reflectivity factor of lightning warning indicators in Songpan area is ≥30 dBZ,the echo top height is≥9 km,and the vertical cumulative liquid water content is≥1 kg/m2,and the strongest echo is located at an elevation angle of 2.4°.The average time advance relative to the initial flash is 30 minutes.
