Data evaluation and research of DTD4 frozen soil automatic observation instrument |

Abstract This article analyzes the parallel observation results from three aspects:data integrity,data accuracy,and data comparability,by collecting and organizing the automatic observation data and manual observation data of the DTD4 permafrost instrument at three stations in Beijing,Yanqing,and Miyun in 2021 and 2022.The results show that the data integrity of the observation stations,Miyun Station,and Yanqing Station in 2021 is good,and the consistency evaluation results are also qualified.The data accuracy is best at observation stations,followed by Miyun Station,and worst at Yanqing Station.Only the observation station is qualified for misjudging the mean evaluation results.The data integrity of the observation stations,Miyun Station,and Yanqing Station in 2022 is also good,but the consistency evaluation result is that only Miyun Station is unqualified.The accuracy of data is only better at observatory stations,and the misjudgment of mean evaluation results is only qualified at observatory stations.The research results can provide strong data support for promoting the automation of frozen soil observation business and improving the algorithm of frozen soil automatic observation equipment.
