Abstract In order to improve the reliability of meteorological equipment,this article explores the construction and reliability verification of a digital twin system for the entire lifecycle of meteorological equipment.The system integrates key technologies such as equipment lifecycle data collection,dynamic behavior modeling and simulation,health status monitoring and prediction.By using modeling methods based on physical mechanisms and data-driven approaches,a comprehensive characterization of equipment behavior can be achieved.We have constructed a reliability analysis model for the entire lifecycle of meteorological equipment and conducted reliability simulation verification.The simulation results have positive significance for improving the management level of the entire lifecycle of meteorological equipment.
