Abstract In response to the problems of low data collection quality and large accuracy deviation in snow observation in Liaoning Province,machine vision technology was designed to achieve accurate extraction of snowfall status data,and artificial intelligence technology was used to carry out realtime monitoring of snow thickness,further meeting the demand for snow observation product types in advance reporting services.
