Abstract The article presents data statistics and comparative analysis on how the atmospheric transmittance meter LT31 used at Shenyang Airport is affected by external factors such as aircraft wake vortices,airport operational activities,rain and snow weather conditions,flying birds,and insect activities.It delves into how these external factors impact the measurement accuracy of the atmospheric transmittance meter,analyzes its characteristics and patterns,and explores the specific reasons behind these external influences.In response to different external factors,the article proposes corresponding safety prevention and control measures,and verifies the effectiveness of these measures.The results indicate that by reasonably selecting the installation location of the instrument,adopting scientific and reasonable prevention and control strategies,and implementing regular and targeted maintenance work,the accuracy of the measurement data from the atmospheric transmittance meter LT31 can be effectively improved.
