Abstract The CINRAD/CC in Harbin has been running for ten years, the aging terminal equipment will not meet the normal needs of the business, upgrading is urgent. Joint the atmospheric sounding and technical support center and the province meteorological observatory and radar manufacturer technical staff upgrade the radar Terminal. This article mainly introduces the CC specific procedures and steps for upgrading radar Terminal system. First, replace the two computer terminal from NT systems to XP systems;second, replace the PCI data acquisition card from the 32-bit to 64-bit;third, driving a 3 LCD screen; the last ,radar Terminal software is installed. Throughout the transformation process, raised a number of considerations, I hope to engage in the work of technicians can help.
