Abstract  Abstract :The research start from the sounding significance of the marine environment, through the analysis of the limitations of spaceborne SAR sounding, leads to the necessity of using Airborne SAR to detect marine environment. The rapid development of airborne SAR sounding technology and the progress of algorithms about ocean wind, waves and internal wave, which provide reliable equipment, techniques and algorithms supports to the sounding of airborne SAR ocean wind, waves and internal wave.Pointing to the characteristic of Airborne SAR about platform height is low, slow and poor stability,we present getting airborne SAR marine sounding technology index and calibration errors these two methods to ensure the applicability and the accuracy of the sounding data, and gives the theoretical basis and the general idea of these two methods,Finally present the process of airborne SAR sea wind fields, waves and internal wave sounding method.
