Abstract Based on observation data of daily ground, grass land and shallow layer temperature obtained from 5 observation stations in Shijiazhuang from the year of 2008 to 2010,the vertical variations of ground temperature in this area are discussed. The regularity of annual,daily and timing temperature variations as well as the amplitude and fluctuation change are also introduces.Then, the reasons that caused this phenomenon are analyzed,which provide the references for the study of impact factors on agricultural production in North China.
