Abstract With continuous improvement in meteorological business, the old and new weather station are alternative on and on. There exists essential differences between the two stations especially in data format. Taking the example of Anhui New Regional Weather Station, this paper describes data transmission, data format and communication protocol in detail. This design not only guarantees the quality of communication transmission,but also combines with the original data. In this way, the data of all regional stations can be inspected and counted, which can provide reference to the new station in other provinces.
