Abstract  In order to solve electrical signal problems of the evaporation sensor existed in the automatic weather station, a kind of analog signal calibration system is designed by means of the analysis and research of evaporation sensor signals of the automatic weather station.Based on the current transmitter XTR116, high precision AD/DA converter and the MSP430 CPU as the core, the software program and hardware circuit are developed adopting with the comprehensive measure of software and hardware calibration. The experimental results show that the system is stability and high reliability, and measurement accuracy can reach 0.9%, which can be used for accurate calibration of evaporation sensors current signal output in automatic weather station.
