Abstract This paper introduces the present situation of heating household metering and indoor temperature control technology at home and abroad.Combined with the actual situation of application and promotion in various cities and provinces of China, based on the reality of practice experience on these items at Qingdao in recent years, the necessity of synchronous application on indoor temperature control and heating household metering is proposed.The inevitable direction for the future development of heating household metering is described and how to maximize the efficiency of heating through indoor temperature control and heating household metering synchronous application is also elaborated, which will provide the reference for the later application and promotion of indoor temperature control and heating household metering.
