Abstract Starting from the management requirements from the current situation and future development of meteorological technology equipment license,a system which adopts three tiers architectures based on B/S model is designed.Through studying demand for business system of meteorological equipment license,this paper puts forward a functional logic model and introduces three system function module in detail.Finally,it introduces a system of language and development tool to establish and background database design,summarizes the license information improvements of evaluating business from automatic information management,and has a prospect with the role and effectiveness of the system.
