Abstract In order to improve the accuracy,flexibility and automation level of meteorological data transmission quality statistics,the meteorological information transmission quality statistical analysis system is designed and developed by use of C# language. Based on the analysis of the existing transmission quality on the lack of statistical function,this paper describes the system architecture and function modules and the key technologies. According to B/S three layers architecture,this system actualizes the seven kinds of meteorological data transmission quality statistics,the rejection of statistics in system error time and automating statistical reports and statistical results information chart display. The system greatly has enhanced the work efficiency and provided a direct means for the business managers to understand transmission quality and contributed to enhance the quality of information transmission since putting into operation.
