Abstract  Air humidity is an important meteorological parameter for meteorological observation. The HMP45D,HMP155A and DHC1 temperature and humidity sensors are used commonly in automatic weather station recently. In order to compare the humidity measurement performance of these three types of temperature and humidity sensors, three sensors of each type are selected to do experiments and its data are analyzed. The result shows that the measurement error tendency of these three types of sensors is alike. The measurement accuracy of HMP155A and DHC1 humidity sensor is higher than HMP45D humidity sensor. Apart from 95% humidity points, each point humidity measurement errors of HMP155A and DHC1 are within ±2%RH. And the absolute errors of HMP45D are more than 2%RH.
