Abstract National radar maintenance and repair test platform is a comprehensive test and maintenance platform that includes various types of new generation weather radars.It can maintain and repair boards,cards and components which regional-level maintenance center could not repair,improving spare parts availability and reducing the maintenance costs of components significantly.The problems caused by component manufacturers such as component shutdown and chip out-of-date and upgrade due to the transformation of radar manufacturers are solved.The efficient operation of radar in its life is ensured.And the upgrades,research and development and remote technical support and other objectives for radar system are achieved.Through the analysis of problems and the causes in monitoring network maintenance of national weather radar,the system platform towards these problems is built up.And the design ideas,methods and the realization of specific functions are put forward.
