Abstract According to the needs of meteorological observation on the sudden disaster weather monitoring and early warning,a regional warning platform for Yichun which based on Mapx and CIMISS (CHINA integrated meteorological sharing platform) is developed in this paper.This platform achieves automatic collection and processing for all kinds of meteorological elements.The processed of the data and the weather information officers cell phone number with its latitude and longitude position can be overlaid on maps.The development process of multi sudden disaster weather can be monitored.The relevant warning information can be complied on time,sending warning short-message to meteorological information members.Regional warning platform reduces a lot of burden for forecasters to monitor disaster weather,providing a strong technical support to make the timely and accurate meteorological early warning services.
