Abstract The L-band radar is the foundation of the whole upper-air weather detection system.The performance and working stability of the radar directly affect the accuracy,representativeness and comparison of the detection data.From the radar failures that occurred in the use of L-band radar in Qingyuan station,some typical and frequent fault instances are selected.Through the brief description and summary of the troubleshooting methods,it can be used for reference when other stations are excluded from the same faults.
