Abstract This paper strictly follows the regulations of Verification Regulation of Meteorological Liquid-in-glass Thermometer and Guide to Meteorological Instruments and Methods of Observation.The uncertainty sources that affect the accuracy of measurement results are deeply analyzed by combining work experience.And the corresponding uncertainty evaluation is made for each uncertain source.It was concluded from analysis that uncertainty sources greatly impact on the reliability of the measurement results.To improve the verification accuracy,it should be minimize uncertainty sources as much as possible.
