Abstract In order to ensure the smooth operation of meteorological data transmission after the meteorological communication system is switched to CTS,by means of analyzing message processing logic,this paper develops a message transmission monitoring and processing system based on the new transmission system design.According to the requirements of transmission assessment,the system realizes the functions of real-time monitoring and voice alarm of transmission integrity and timeliness of various types of messages,which facilitates duty personnel to locate faults quickly and accurately and deals with missing reports timely and effectively.It provides help and reference for improving the transmission quality and integrity of upward messages in Jiangsu province.
