Abstract  According to the uneven and distortion of dynamic voltage of Bijie CINRAD/CD weather radar modulation system,it leads to the instantaneous breakdown of the single-channel IGBT under high voltage when the radar system is running.Combined with the internal layout of the rigid modulation extension of the weather radar,the diagnosis and treatment process of the fault are introduced in detail.Finally,the composition of IGBT modulation extension and the judgment method of common faults are summarized,hoping to provide some references for the same type of radar support personnel.
