Research and application of the method for evaluating meteorological measurement verification business |

Abstract The object of meteorological metrological verification business evaluation is provincial laboratory,municipal mobile metering system,national automatic weather station and regional automatic station.The corresponding evaluation contents are verification ability,standard traceability,calibration rate and verification rate.Among them,provincial laboratory verification capabilities include four contents of authorized projects numbers,establishing the quantities of measurement standards,the number of persons who have passed the second-level registered metrologist examination and the traceability of laboratory standards.The principal component analysis is used to evaluate provincial laboratory verification ability.For the other three evaluation indicators,their definitions are used as evaluation methods.The validity and practicability of the method are verified through practical examples.
