Research on lightning protection technology of persons in open space based on ground metal rods |

Abstract This paper studies the effective lightning protection techniques and measures according to the characteristics and methods of the persons in the open space easily suffered by lightning strikes.The measures to be taken to reduce the probability of lightning strikes in open spaces are analyzed,including the following methods of adopting lightning precision monitoring and early warning,using movable lightning protection devices,and using rods in open spaces for lightning protection and emphatically analyzing the method of lightning protection by using well grounded metal rods in open ground,which could provide technical support and guarantee for the temporary lightning protection of persons in open spaces.The preliminary results have been obtained in the actual operation of the business.
