Abstract According to the characteristics of stability and high security of Oracle database,combined with tidal data characteristics and user habits,this paper proposes a distributed database design concept.The design of three functions of tidal database,which are data entry,query and output and user limit management are introduced in detail.At the same time,the structure design of the database table is described in detail to provide references for improving the tidal data access speed and total visits.
