Abstract Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of air pressure verification device,the upgrading and reform of these problems are carried out together with the manufacturer.This paper introduces the design principle,software and hardware design and technical index of the improved pressure verification device.The new device integrates the current advanced metering equipment and technology,which is formed by compiling and upgrading corresponding program software.It can be widely used in the measurement and verification of aneroid barometer,air pressure sensor of automatic station and some digital pressure gauges in meteorological department,so as to realize the automation of air pressure verification and improve the accuracy and reliability of the verification data,which would effectively improve the efficiency of verification.
