Common faults and maintenance methods of new automatic weather station (DZZ1-2) Ⅰ: Fault statistical analysis and sensor fault detection |

Abstract This paper will be divided into two parts.The first part briefly introduces the composition of the new automatic weather station.Then,a statistical analysis by using the fault records of the national automatic weather station is made in 2018.The statistical results show that the number of sensor faults accounts for 43.56% of the total number of faults.In the sensor fault statistics,the number of visibility device's faults is the most,accounting for 21.47% of the total number of faults.And it found that the main causes of failure are the power board damage and cable damage of the visibility.The remaining sensors are cable problems accounted for the vast majority.Therefore,this paper first introduces various sensor fault detection methods and solutions.The next part will introduce troubleshooting and solutions from other modules,such as power supply module and communication module etc.
