Professional user service based on Sichuan provincial meteorological data environment

Abstract  Aiming at the diversified demand of meteorological data for users in the meteorological system industry in southwest China,combined with the characteristics of meteorological data service in Sichuan provincial intensive meteorological data environment,this paper compares and analyzes the ability of data management and sharing service of Sichuan meteorological information system.Based on the current situation and application of network security,the proxy download service of MICAPS4 underlying data environment is designed and implemented as a data acquisition source.The binary format of MICAPS4 network data storage and transmission is used as the basis for data decoding and processing,and uses the LFTP client tool as the data push application.The whole meteorological data service process can not only meet the service requirements of customized meteorological data for industry users,but also support the application requirements of scientific research business timely,efficiently and stably.
