Abstract A new humidity calibration chamber is introduced in this paper.The temperature control adopts high efficiency gas-liquid heat transfer,and the humidity control adopts the feedback control principle of dry-wet gas mixing method,and the humidity measurement adopts infrared laser absorption humidity sensor.Through experimental tests,the temperature,humidity uniformity and fluctuation of new humidity calibration chamber are superior to all humidity calibration chambers used by current measurement and testing departments,and the test room has a large volume,which can test large-scale test instruments such as hair humidity meter,dry-wet meter and humidity sensor.At the same time,it can also be used for temperature calibration,which has a good value of popularization and application.
