Abstract In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of national meteorological observation stations,this paper adopts Spring+ hibernate technology to develop a B/S framework operation monitoring and technical support system for national surface meteorological observation station.The system realizes the functions of observation data monitoring,operation state monitoring,fault maintenance management and remote technical support for national meteorological observation station.Through a year of business applications,it has been proved that the system can effectively reduce the intensity of operation monitoring and improve the maintenance efficiency of technical support.The structure design,system function and key technology of the system are described in detail in this paper.
