Abstract As the front-end data transmission system of CIMISS,Ningxia CTS2.0 collects data from local observation stations and business units,pushes data to the national level,and provides data and service support for the local CIMISS data environment.However,the system lacks effective backup means,which leads to dangers in its running continuity.Therefore,this paper proposes a set of backup scheme,and introduces system structure,construction and deployment,data access testing,service switching and other aspects,so as to provide guarantee for Ningxia meteorological communication service continuity.
