Analysis on radar echo characteristic of Yingtan lightning weather |

Abstract Based on the data of lightning and radar echoes from 2016 to 2018 in Yingtan city,statistical analysis and morphological comparison are adopted to study.The characteristics of band echo,short band echo and clustered echo are analyzed.The main distribution month,intensity and increasing characteristics of lightning in Yingtan are summarized.This study has created conditions for the application of strong lightning monitoring and warning technology in business and the development of refined,automatic and standardized radar monitoring and warning meteorological services.
